Located in a very quite location on a no-thru road, 20m from Ballina's North Creek and a kilometre from the surf beaches, ideal for the boatie or fisherman with plenty of parking available for the boat and boat ramp around the corner. House sleeps up to 6 people and all linen and towels are supplied. Bedding is 1 x King size bed and 4 x Single Beds. The kitchen is fully equiped including dishwasher. The cosy and comfortable lounge room has a TV and VCR with plenty of room for the whole family. The house has its own sparkling pool for those hot summers days and a pot belly stove for those cold winters nights. The back yard is secure and fully enclosed for the four legged members of the family. **5 minutes drive from Ballina Airport** ~~Pet-Friendly Policy~~ Dogs and Cats are both welcome and are allowed inside. All that we ask is that they have a full, current vaccination certificate and are well toilet trained. The owner is to take full responsibility for any damage caused. Dogs allowed off lead at the creek nearby. Leash free parks and surf beaches are less than 10mins drive away. ~~Things to do and see~~ There are so many diverse activities in the Northern Rivers area. The Blues and Roots festival is held in Byron Bay every year over the long weekend-four full on days of music and dancing with shuttle busses available from Ballina. You could visit the interesting and rather alternate village of Nimbin. You can go scuba diving at the famous Julian Rocks off the coast of Byron Bay, you can go horse riding at Angels Beach, hang gliding at Lennox Head, see Byron Bay lighthouse and the wild goats at Cape Byron, or climb Mount Warning-part of the rim of a now extinct volcano. For those of us a little less adventurous and energetic, you could visit the various markets held in the area every weekend, see 'The Big Prawn', visit Thursday Plantation-famous for its tea-tree oil, have a flutter at the Ballina races, have a round of golf (or two, or three) at one of the many nearby courses or sit back and relax, keeping an eye out for the dolphins who frequent North Creek or even the whales making their annual migration off the coast of Ballina Headlands. ..........it's all just waiting for you!! ~~Pricing~~ Pricing available on application.
